Terry Masters is a Senior Manager of Human
Resources Information Technology at Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Massachusetts where she is responsible for creating and
implementing HR technology strategy and solutions that support
the HR vision and move the HR organization from its current to
future state of technology, business process, and system
optimization. Terry has over 15 years of experience in HRIT and
has delivered presentations for the IHRIM New England Chapter,
IHRIM Spring Conference, and at ADP’s National User Conference.

Magee
is a Corporate HRIS Consultant at Partners HealthCare Systems in
Boston. She has 15 years experience in Human Resources, 8 years
in functional areas utilizing various systems to augment the HR
business processes, and 7 years dedicated solely to HRIS. Magee
also has experience with workflow management, re-engineering Design,
time management, core competencies and succession planning, and the
installation of numerous HR systems. Prior to Partners HealthCare
Systems, Magee worked for 8 years in the private sector.
Magee has served on the IHRIM-New England Board for 10 Years,
with 4 years as the Vice President. She has also served on
several IHRIM committees: Conference Committee, Education Committee,
Chapter Advisory Group, Committee Logistics, Contributor to a number
of Focus and Advisory Groups for IHRIM.

Lisa Rowan serves as IDC’s Program Manager for HR
Management and Staffing Services analysis and research. In this
role, she provides expert analysis focused on both the business
services addressing HR process issues, such as human resource
consulting, processing services, and Business Process Outsourcing
(BPO) services, and HR IT Services, such as systems integration and
IT consulting. For the past ten years, she has held business
development and marketing positions in the human resource software
and services vendor community. Most recently, she was instrumental
in building her employer’s BPO service delivery model through
identification and alliance-building with complementary providers of
HR-related services. Lisa Rowan has a depth of experience with both
core human resource and performance/ development-based services. |

Bill is a Senior
principal with Capital H Group in Boston, a management
consulting firm specializing in strategy, organization and
talent. He has more than 20 years of technology, operations and
human capital consulting experience working with small and large
clients across the financial services, high tech, manufacturing
and not-for-profit industry segments in the US and Europe. He is
a specialist in HR operations and technology. The scope of his
work has also included: organization and role design; talent and
performance management; learning and development; recruiting and
selection; compensation and benefits; change management; and
workforce analytics. He is an experienced workshop facilitator
and has helped a number of high growth organizations articulate
and execute their business strategies. Prior to joining Capital
H Group Bill was a Partner with Deloitte in Boston and Chicago
and prior to that was with Accenture in London and Chicago.
