Job Description:

 

HRchitect has an immediate need for experienced High Line Human Resource and Payroll System Functional Consultants for upcoming system implementations.    

 

We offer the ability to conduct part of your work from home and be able to join our team as an Independent Consultant with no relocation required.

The ERP Human Resource/ Payroll software implementation projects require a resource with healthcare information systems background and experience implementing High Line Human Resource Management.

This resource will serve as an Implementation Consultant, responsible for assisting in the successful implementation of High Line Human Resource Management through all phases of the implementation project (including system build, testing, readiness, and go-live support).  Experience Implementing High Line or as a User of Highline is desirable.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

      • Overall support of the implementation projects for the Highline Human Resource Management (HHRM) product.
      • Help to ensure that all deliverable deadlines are met in coordinating the projects.
      • Assist in the development and adhere to project charter, project plan and strategic planning.
      • Help to manage to and update the project plan, forecast, and issues/risks list on a weekly basis.
      • Prioritize cross-track issues and appropriate issue escalation.
      • Assist in planning, building, testing, training and go-live implementation activities.
      • Help to ensure quality of deliverables in accordance with Client/Company standards.
      • Adhere to the communication plan.
      • Track and communicate status of projects, project deliverables, issues and risks.
      • Mentor Junior  in the implementation and services required for HHRM
