Job Description:

Responsible for providing leadership on all global HRIS activities. Develop and drive HRIS strategies that align with HR information requirements for the business, effectively employing varied systems and resources.
Ensures the HRIS supports the business' needs in providing information, tools and resources to our customers.

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the development, upgrades, and administration of the organization's HRIS.
' Provides retrieval ability, via reporting tool, to produce employee information for analysis and decision-making, statistical data, federal and state compliance, and other employee-related reports as required/ requested.
' Ensures data integrity, developing and implementing standardized auditing processes.
' Develops and implements processes associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information.
' Stays abreast of trends in HRIS and software developments to drive new systems thinking, processes, and solutions through the organization.
' May recommend supporting software or computer equipment to meet the needs of the human resources department.
' Documents and revises policies and procedures for HRIS.
' Responsible for the education of the other HR professionals on HRIS tools available to them.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

Education: ' Bachelor's degree (IS or technical area preferred) and 8+ years of HRIS experience, including the full scope of a system development lifecycle.

Qualifications:
' Experience as a technical manager or project leader in HR related applications.
' Expertise in data management, reporting and query. Microsoft Access proficiency preferred.
' Strong Organizational and analytical skills
' Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships within a highly matrixed and diverse environment.
' Driven to provide a high level of service
