Company Description:

 

The SAP HR Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Human Capital Management (HCM) module on version ECC 6.0 of SAP. This position will provide business system solutions and support to the global Human Resources department, Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functions using SAP Portal technology (EP 7.0). This position requires  some knowledge in ABAP and JAVA programming and a good understanding of business.

 

Job Description:

 

·         Support and test global SAP changes that effect HCM processes.

·         Design and configure new projects and on-going maintenance in SAP HCM modules

·         Work with business operations providing front line support to key business users and business processes.

·         Maintain and support help desk calls for break-fix issues.

·         Develop functional specifications for enhancements to reporting, user exits and other programming changes; work with the ABAP development team on development efforts.

·         Develop high level analytical reports to support business requests and provide requirements for customer ABAP reporting needs.

·         Work closely with other business system analysts, developers and the technical team IS members.

·         Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity.

·         Responsible for data integrity by performing regular audits of all information in the system.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Information Systems or Equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
  • Concentration on Organization Management, Personnel Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Training/Events Management and Payroll is required.
  • Experience with the Implementation Configuration Tool (IMG) modules and OSS is a must.
